Abruzzohouses is a Real Estate Agency specialised in mediating,
selling and purchasing properties in Abruzzo to clientele coming from abroad.
The company is supported by a sister company called
Omnibus².
The latter is a 360° service company specifically dedicated to whoever needs an administrative,
fiscal, domestic or even leisure assistance in our region.
We believe that the synergies between the above 2 organisations will benefit both clients that either have or have never been to Abruzzo.
BEFORE
For everything concerning booking, itineraries
and transportation (car, B&B, restaurants,
leisure, purchases ect…)
DURING
For everything concerning support in relation
to renting and/or purchase (loans, notary public,
documentation, architect, constructions, furniture,
utilities – Gas, Water, Phone, Power –
ect…)
AFTER
For everything concerning the maintenance, custody,
preparation of the house for the arrival of the
owner and/or guests (key custody, cleaning, payment
of the utilities, mail forwarding, mail management,
document archive, bank account check, expiration
dates ect…) if you wish, we can manage the
renting of your property.
DURING THE STAY
Be it long or short, we believe it is very helpful
to have a local organization assist you in becoming
an integrated part of a different and new reality….making
the impact “nice and easy”.

the basic service package for Euro

• Alarm response and intervention (if applicable)
• Monthly visit to check house and walk
grounds
• Turn on utilities (heating and other services
as required)
• Owner or guest visit preparation
• Complimentary food and drink package organized
before
arrival
• Mail forwarding
• Monthly property condition report with
suggestions for
repairs, replacements and maintenance
if necessary
Other services, as the ones listed below (or in
the above “examples”), can be added
to your package, but are to be agreed separately
and will eventually be accounted for and listed
on a detailed report attached to an invoice for
your settlement.
